This is the entrance to the Leid Lodge where we stayed. Nebraska City is only 1 hour from Omaha and we felt like we were so far away.
This house was built in the mid 1800's and we got to tour all 4 floors. Totally furnished in the era. I learned lots of trivia.
This is the view from the deck outside the restaurant. Very peaceful and quiet. We walked through apple orchards, participated in a wine tasting, actually toured 2 houses from the 1800's and drove around the back roads. We viewed several art displays too. Fun and close to home!
This is Nebraska City airport, of course we had to check it out =)
